Yes. In India, GST is included in the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) printed on all products. The price you see on the tag or restaurant menu already includes GST. To calculate the GST component: GST Amount = Total Price − (Total Price ÷ (1 + GST Rate)). For example, on a ₹118 item with 18% GST, the GST component is ₹18.
